Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (minimum)
Open to 2-year degree with 10+ years of experience
BS degree + 8 years experience OR MS degree + 4 years experience

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with converter/inverter prototyping, test benches, and debugging
Experience with standards and compliance (UL, IEC, ISO) for power electronics
Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, AC-DC inverters, magnetics, and control algorithms
Proficiency with lab instruments and data acquisition tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, and adaptability
Job Description Summary:
Design, develop, test, or supervise electrical equipment/components/systems
Make engineering drawings and read/interpret blueprints
Supervise design, development, and testing of machinery controls, wiring, and lighting
Review cost effectiveness, reliability, and safety of designs
Estimate project time and cost with clients
Supervise simulation/testing and monitor product quality
Direct manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing to ensure compliance
Inspect completed installations for safety and standards compliance
Work with control team on charger field issue resolution
Review charger fleet telematics data
Draft test plans for new features and charger validation
Make design changes and oversee drawing releases
