Reality Capture Project Manager

Position Overview

PMC's Digital Reality Division is seeking a Reality Capture Project Manager to lead field teams performing 3D laser scanning, drone-based capture, and surveying across industrial and commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reality capture field teams and project execution.

• Develop field work plans, schedules, and project documentation.

• Coordinate travel, site access, equipment, and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with estimators on project proposals and cost estimates.

• Maintain client communication, project reporting, and change orders.

• Coordinate with data processing and CAD/BIM teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

• Support field crews during occasional weekend operations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of reality capture experience, preferably terrestrial/mobile laser scanning and surveying.

• 1–2 years of project management experience.

• 1–2 years of project coordination experience.

• Experience using project management software.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, surveying, geomatics, or related field preferred.

• PMP certification preferred.
