Senior Analyst (LIMS)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Priority 1 - experience with LIMS platforms
Priority 2 - experience with comparable laboratory information management or laboratory automation platforms
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop and support LIMS systems. Gather user requirements, create and maintain procedures, and assist with system configuration/customization.
Knowledge of application architecture and master data creation for static and dynamic data.
Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of LIMS.
Preferably worked on pharmaceutical projects.
Must have experience in .NET development or Java development.
Experienced in customizing LIMS applications.
Should be able to work with LIMS modules and functionalities independently.
Should be aware of GxP processes.
Experience in troubleshooting and debugging LIMS applications.
Customer-facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Prior experience in training and mentoring a LIMS team will be preferred.
Customer-facing experience with excellent/good communication skills.
Good documentation skills
