You are:

As a SailPoint Developer, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing identity governance solutions within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform. Your primary responsibility will be to perform hands-on configuration and development to meet the requirements of the IGA implementation project. This includes configuring workflows, rules, and policies to support auto-provisioning and access management functionality. You will also configure and integrate SailPoint modules like Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) into enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and CMMC. Collaboration and problem-solving, including your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, will be key aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities. This role offers an opportunity to grow your expertise in identity governance and contribute to enhancing the organization's identity management framework.

The work:
  • Perform hands-on configuration and development within the SailPoint ISC platform to meet project requirements
  • Configure and deploy SailPoint modules, including NERM and CIEM
  • Develop, configure, and deploy application entitlements, workflows, policies, roles, connectors, and rules to support auto-provisioning and access management functionality
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement identity governance solutions
  • Conduct technical assessments of application configurations and provide recommendations for onboarding
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support end-to-end testing and validation
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and CMMC requirements during configuration and deployment
  • Document integration configurations, technical designs, and onboarding procedures
  • Assist with data mapping, attribute normalization, and identity correlation

Here's what you need:
  • 2+ years of experience with identity management platform implementation
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing automated workflows, scripts, and custom integrations using SailPoint's APIs, PowerShell, Python, or other relevant technologies
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and their integration into identity governance solutions
  • Exposure to tools and processes related to troubleshooting and technical assessments of application configurations
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations between the SailPoint ISC platform and enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Ability to write scripts (e.g., JSON, PowerShell, Python, BeanShell, Groovy)
  • Relevant certifications in SailPoint ISC or similar identity governance solutions are a bonus

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
