Job Description:

• Design and execute Komprise data management plans and perform data recalls from Amazon S3.
• Support NAS migration initiatives, including migration of NAS shares and exports.
• Implement and support NetApp AFF and FAS storage systems.
• Perform NetApp-to-NetApp migrations using native NetApp tools and/or Datadobi.
• Support storage infrastructure refresh activities for legacy NetApp environments.
• Manage incident tickets, change control processes, CMDB updates, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate DNS updates, home share migrations, and infrastructure changes with Networking and Active Directory teams.
• Provide post-migration hypercare support and troubleshoot customer issues following cutovers.
• Assist with technical project coordination and stakeholder communication throughout migration activities.

• Hands-on experience with NAS storage platforms and migration projects.
• Strong NetApp administration experience, including AFF and FAS systems.
• Experience with NetApp migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Komprise administration, data movement, and S3 recall operations.
• Experience with Datadobi or similar NAS migration tools preferred.

• Strong UNIX/Linux administration skills.
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Python scripting and automation experience.

• Technical project management experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate across storage, networking, and directory services teams.

• Senior-level engineer capable of owning migration activities from planning through execution.
• Self-starter who can quickly assess requirements and drive work independently.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced enterprise migration environments.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Available to support business hours aligned with U.S. teams.
• Active passport and ability to travel to the United States as needed.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, storage, or data center migration projects is highly desirable.
