Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Test Lead / Product Owner within the Banking domain to manage and drive the strategic direction of product portfolios.
This role requires strong expertise in product ownership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives. The candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality banking products while maintaining compliance and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive the strategic direction for assigned product or portfolio
- Implement modern methodologies, frameworks, and processes
- Align product roadmap with organizational goals and market demands
2. Product & Portfolio Management
- Oversee end-to-end management of product lifecycle
- Monitor team performance and ensure delivery against objectives
- Drive departmental efficiency and effectiveness
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
- Ensure quality and consistency in external service delivery
4. Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify product-related risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with banking compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen governance, controls, and risk management frameworks
5. Financial & Market Analysis
- Monitor financial performance (revenue, profitability, cost control)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Identify new market opportunities and trends
