Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Lead Hyperion Developer on behalf of our client in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Hyperion professional with hands-on experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and EPM system upgrades. This role involves enhancing, maintaining, and administering Hyperion applications while collaborating closely with finance and analytics teams to deliver efficient, business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and support Hyperion EPM applications, including upgrades of on-premise systems.
Develop and manage planning forms, business rules, task lists, calculation scripts, and reports within Hyperion Planning.
Collaborate with finance, planning, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Hyperion solutions.
Perform Hyperion administration tasks, including security configuration and system maintenance.
Integrate and manage data using SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS for optimized workflows.
Provide expertise in Hyperion Planning, Financial Reports, Essbase, EPMA, EAS, DRM, and Smart View.
Communicate solutions and updates clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyperion tools and administration.
Strong expertise in Hyperion system upgrades and EPM on-premise applications.
Experience developing and maintaining planning forms, business rules, calculation scripts, and reports.
Solid SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS skills for data management and integration.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
Familiarity with SAS, Office Analytics, Enterprise Guide, and CPM.
