Summary

Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant

Location: Menlo Park, CA

W2 role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.
  • Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.
  • Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
  • Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.

Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
