AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with over 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools, as well as the ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.

• Optimize and fine tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI/ML development.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of data used for training and testing AI/ML models.

• Document processes, methodologies, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of projects.

• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for deploying AI/ML solutions.

• Ability to work with large datasets and proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas).

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Preferred Domains: Healthcare, Banking & Financial, Retail, Insurance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML.

• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to non technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 13+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
