NeevSys is seeking a Clinical Systems Support Analyst / Research Data Manager to support clinical and translational research initiatives using REDCap. The selected candidate will support REDCap system administration, data management, and user training while collaborating with clinical investigators and research teams to ensure high-quality data collection and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
REDCap Administration Manage and maintain REDCap projects, configure data collection instruments, manage user access and permissions, and ensure system compliance with NIH data governance and regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR Part 11).
REDCap Training and User Support Develop and deliver REDCap training sessions for investigators, clinical coordinators, and research staff. Provide ongoing technical assistance, develop user guides, and support best practices for data collection and entry.
Clinical Data Management Design and implement data quality management plans, perform data validation and quality checks, and support data cleaning activities across research studies.
Data Analysis and Reporting Prepare datasets, generate reports, and support research teams by summarizing data using tables, figures, and analytics tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
System Support and Collaboration Serve as a liaison between research teams, the Informatics Program, and the Computer Technology Branch to support system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Clinical Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field
2 5 years of experience supporting research data systems or clinical data management
Experience administering and supporting REDCap projects
Experience with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL preferred
Familiarity with clinical research regulations and data compliance frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11 preferred
