The ideal candidate is an Albany, NY resident with 6+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, proficiency with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft, an active Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential, and a strong understanding of the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to solution teams and system integrators.
- Define the full architecture blueprint, including business processes, integration, data, and security.
- Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions leveraging the platform''s capabilities.
- Review and approve all architectural and technical decisions as a gatekeeper in the Center of Excellence (CoE) Architecture Review Board.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design, including 2 years in an enterprise or government environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.
- Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential.
**Desired Qualifications:** - Experience in the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework. Excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration, knowledge transfer, and providing written technical/project documentation.
