Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced MarTech Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of marketing technology platforms within the Insurance domain. This role will own the endtoend product lifecycle for MarTech capabilities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while operating within a highly regulated financial services environment.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to modernize digital marketing capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the MarTech product roadmap, aligning business goals, customer journeys, and platform capabilities
- Own the endtoend product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and optimization
- Partner with marketing, CRM, data, and engineering teams to deliver integrated MarTech solutions
- Lead integration and optimization of platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CDP, and personalization tools
- Translate business and marketing requirements into clear product requirements and technical user stories
- Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and experience improvement
- Ensure solutions meet insurance regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements
- Define KPIs, track product performance, and continuously optimize based on ROI and customer impact
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on MarTech or digital marketing platforms
- Strong knowledge of the Insurance or Financial Services domain
- Handson experience with MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar
- Experience working with CRM, campaign management, analytics, and personalization technologies
- Ability to bridge business, marketing, and technology teams with clear communication and leadership
- Experience operating in Agile / Scrum product delivery environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and measuring product KPIs
Nice to Have
- Experience with CDP, data integration, or customer analytics platforms
- Exposure to agent-based or omnichannel insurance models
- Prior experience driving digital transformation initiatives
