Job Description:

• Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1) on Supplier Services and can design the technical solution in coordination IT & Business teams.
• Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency.
• Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements.
• Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and assist in training to the developers.
