Strong Configuration Experience and ability work independently on projects. -Broad HCM Experience -Workday recruiting configuration experience

Strong Workday Compensation experience
Workday Docs experience would be nice. -Detailed Background in creating a new Job Profile Catalog -Mass creating Job Profiles via EIB -Mass updating Worker Profiles -Mass Updating other Job Profile impacted areas (Job Requisitions, etc) -Extensive knowledge of inner workings of Job Profile attributes (such as Job Level and Job Level Hierarchy and Job Classifications) -Ability to audit and assess current impacted areas in the Workday tenant due to Job Profile changes -Ability to perform tech gap analysis of any loads of Job Profiles -Workday Compensation module experience, including setting up grades and ranges, creating eligibility rules -Experience with Workday Security is preferred -Prior experience in Job Architecture projects is preferred
