Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior PHP Developer / Onsite Coordinator to lead and manage on-site project activities while ensuring seamless collaboration with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site project activities between development teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure smooth integration and communication between on-site and offshore teams.
• Take ownership of end-to-end PHP project lifecycle, including:
• Architecture design
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and updates.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
• PHP
• Power BI
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies:
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of relational databases:
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Expertise in SQL optimization techniques.

Experience in:

• Developing RESTful APIs
• Integrating third-party services

Familiarity with:

• Git and version control systems
• Deployment and release processes

Good to Have

• Experience with PHP frameworks such as:
• Laravel
• CodeIgniter
• Symfony (optional advantage)

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients and teams.
• Proven experience in:
• Leading PHP development teams
• Managing on-site project delivery

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in PHP development (preferred).

Prior experience in onsite-offshore coordination model is a strong advantage
