About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Project/Program Manager IV to support construction operations involving renovation, expansion, and deployment of facility-related programs, including automation-focused initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, resolving obstacles, and ensuring successful execution of work across multiple active sites.
The position operates in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment and requires strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems as well as advanced project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in construction meetings and provide ongoing project oversight.
- Investigate delays, identify root causes, and provide clear reports and recommendations.
- Respond to project-specific requests and support virtual management of multiple projects.
- Support scheduling, planning, and progress tracking activities.
- Interface with internal stakeholders through regular meetings and collaborative sessions.
- Summarize complex issues into actionable updates for project teams.
- Serve as a representative for the construction program, assisting teams in overcoming barriers to project completion.
Requirements Required Qualifications- 7-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical construction environments.
- Advanced project management credentials (PMP or similar).
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, specifically Microsoft Project or equivalent.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Willingness to support occasional weekend activities if needed.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Background- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Military experience is also valued.
- Background involving increasing levels of responsibility in mechanical construction roles
