Summary

Requirements

7 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
Proficiency in public works systems, including asset management, field operations, fleet, streets, and utilities.
Experience supporting legacy-to-new system transitions, including vendor coordination and negotiation phases.
Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data validation during system implementations.
Experience gathering and documenting business/technical requirements across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project management efforts for a public works system modernization initiative.
Support system selection negotiations and coordinate with vendors during rollout planning.
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Oversee data migration, mapping, and validation activities to ensure data integrity.
Serve as liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to translate needs into solutions.
Support testing efforts, including test planning, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.
