responsibilities:
- What is the purpose of this team?
- Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.
- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? This team's core purpose is to ensure compliance with the CMS-0057 Final Rule by designing, building, and implementing multiple APIs. The team's work will help the organization meet federal goals for interoperability, transparency, and improved patient outcomes by making health data more accessible to members, providers, and payers.

Typical Day in the Role
- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).
- What are the performance expectations/metrics?
- What makes this role unique? Picks up user stories and completes committed story points (8) per sprint.
Estimates tasks realistically with guidance from senior/lead engineers.
Participates in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Writes clean, tested code and ensures PRs meet quality gates.
Collaborates with QA and peers to close sprint work without carry-over.
Raises blockers early and follows up on feedback.
