Recruit and identify candidates for technical placements, prepare related documentation and employment records, confer with applicants regarding job details. Analyze market trends, leverage integrated delivery models, grow accounts, execute agreements, promote client development, build relationships with clients. Review HR policies and procedures, performance records, references, life cycle of sales and recruiting processes, IT resources needs and professional services projects, SLAs, payroll, benefits, compensation. Provide technical advice, demonstrate use of products and services, meet KPI s, establish MSAs with software development, biotech and healthcare clients. Work with clients on SOWs, use marketing and sales techniques, perform project management, attend tradeshows and conferences, work with MSPs, provide updates on customized software tools, work on targeted hiring strategies, sell solutions, and prepare proof points, job requirements, presentations, onboarding packages. Build talent and recruitment pipelines, negotiate wage rates, research data and market trends, track vendor agreements, update applicant tracking systems, and track metrics and data. Source job placement, map technical requirements. Identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, formulate test plans. Use CRM, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, Peoplenet, Goldmine, Salesforce, Pro-Wand, Beeline, Fieldglass, Emptoris, Taleo, Selectia, TalentGear, LinkedIn. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or a related field, and one (1) year experience in the proffered position or as a IT Recruiter, HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, ER Relations, Account/Client Manager, Developer, Technology Analyst, or related occupation. Must have at least six (6) months of experience performing recruitment; growing accounts; developing client relationships; working in life cycle of sales; meeting KPI s; performing project management and onboarding processes; building recruitment pipelines; tracking metrics and data; using CRM, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $112,404 to $112,450 /yr.
