Required Skills:

2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or QA/Software Tester in an enterprise environment.
Strong Business Analysis and requirements-writing skills.
Experience with Application Development / Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Understanding of 3-tier application architecture.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Ability to understand application workflows and troubleshoot/triage application issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Strong learning ability and willingness to work under team guidance.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with a combination of Business Analysis + Application Development + QA/Software Testing experience are highly preferred.
