Job Description
The Programmer Analyst will support the IT Department in the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality system support and solutions.
Requirements
• Two to five years of experience as an implementer or super user of Oracle Fusion ERP
• Experience and strong understanding of key Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, Projects and
Procurement
• Experience with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware tools
(preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including user role assignment, network and
data security policies, application access controls, and configuration within the Security
Console
• Experience with SaaS application workflows, including approval rule setup, task
management, and workflow configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience creating standard and ad-hoc reports and queries in Oracle Fusion
• Experience gathering and developing reporting requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for implementation
and development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA/Confluence, Office 365, PowerPoint, and
SharePoint (highly preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide first-level technical support; manage, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related
issues; document resolutions; ensure timely responses and high-quality customer service
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical and functional teams on integration testing, data
conversion, data extraction, role/access assignments
• Analyze, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, which include querying
using SQL and PL/SQL, data transforming, and data modeling to create interactive
dashboards and reports using Oracle reporting tools;
• Engage with users to understand business needs and translate them into technical
requirements and actionable plans; develop and maintain documentation such as design
specifications, requirements, and user guides
• Participate in reviewing, testing, and validating system changes and enhancements
• Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and system
optimization to support operational efficiency
• Assist in preparing technical reports, diagrams, workflow maps, and other visual materials
to support system understanding
• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including configuration of
approval workflows and resolution of business process issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes and reporting requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations in OIC and OCI to ensure data flow and system
connectivity
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder and status meetings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
basis
• Create and maintain documentation, including records of system changes, incidents, and
resolutions
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information by adhering to established
security protocols
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members and stakeholders to promote
effective use of the ERP system
