Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support and improve Agile adoption across multiple teams. The Agile Coach will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to strengthen Agile practices, improve delivery processes, and ensure consistent use of Agile frameworks and tools across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Agile Transformation & Coaching

  • Assess Agile maturity across 10+ Agile teams and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Guide teams in implementing Agile best practices and improving Agile adoption.

  • Establish and standardize Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) across teams.

Process Improvement

  • Improve the quality of Epics, Features, and User Stories to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Help teams adopt effective backlog refinement and sprint planning practices.

  • Support teams with capacity planning, roadmap planning, and sprint execution.

JIRA & Agile Metrics

  • Standardize Agile processes and workflows in JIRA.

  • Implement consistent use of themes, epics, stories, and labels in JIRA.

  • Develop Agile dashboards and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity tracking) to measure team performance and Agile adoption.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support coordination across multiple Agile teams.

  • Help manage dependencies between teams and improve collaboration through Scrum of Scrums (SoS).

Scrum Master Enablement

  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to become effective facilitators and change agents.

  • Help clarify roles and responsibilities of Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify training opportunities and provide Agile coaching sessions.

  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.


Required Skills

  • Strong experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master.

  • Experience supporting multiple Agile teams in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile metrics reporting.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
