Job Title: Scrum Master with Payment

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Hire Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Coach Agile teams Product Owners and stakeholders on Scrum values Agile principles roles events artifacts and continuous improvement practices
• Identify track escalate and remove impediments that impact sprint commitments delivery timelines team productivity or product quality
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy prioritized and wellrefined backlog with clear acceptance criteria and readiness for upcoming sprints
• Promote team self-organization accountability collaboration transparency and sustainable delivery practices
• Protect the team from unnecessary distractions scope creep conflicting priorities and external interruptions during active sprints
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity sprint burndown cycle time throughput defect trends and team health to support datadriven improvements
• Facilitate dependency management risk tracking release planning and coordination across multiple teams vendors and technology stakeholders
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning by helping teams inspect and adapt processes resolve conflicts and implement retrospective action items
• Prepare and communicate delivery updates sprint progress risks impediments and improvement plans to project leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology computer science engineering business or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Project Manager Agile Delivery Lead or similar role supporting technology delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum framework software development lifecycle product delivery and iterative planning
• Experience working with cross functional teams including developers' testers business analysts' architects Product Owners and release teams
• Handson experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Rally Confluence or similar platforms
• Strong facilitation communication conflict resolution stakeholder management analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
