Credence has an upcoming need for an Executive Secretary to provide on-site executive administrative support to the U.S. Space Force S4S S4/6 Directorate leadership at Vandenberg SFB, California. The successful candidate will experience managing and supporting TMT taskings, calendars, correspondence, records, SharePoint content, meetings, access rosters, travel support, and personnel in-processing and out-processing within a classified headquarters environment and hold an active and current Top- Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities


  • Prepare and review internal and external documents and manage assigned Task Management Tool taskings on NIPRNet and SIPRNet, coordinating with action officers on requirements and due dates.

  • Manage calendars, engagements, meeting schedules, conference rooms, telephone conferences, and messages for S4/6 Directorate leadership.

  • Record meeting minutes and action items and support the planning and execution of meetings, events, conferences, and off sites.

  • Draft, proofread, edit, format, and coordinate correspondence, briefings, visual products, charts, diagrams, flyers, and infographics.

  • Maintain tracking records, filing and archival systems, Government records, databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, and document repositories.

  • Prepare access rosters and security clearance transfer requests and support in/out processing documentation for arriving and departing personnel.

  • Support travel arrangements and vouchers, awards, decorations, evaluations, inventories, records, receipts, supplies, and office-equipment service requests.

  • Respond professionally to a high volume of complex internal and external inquiries and perform other administrative duties within the PWS scope.


Requirements



  • U.S. citizenship and a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required before starting.

  • Must have (4) four + years of demonstrated executive administrative experience supporting military, DoD, or senior headquarters leadership.

  • Experience using TMT and working on NIPRNet and SIPRNet is strongly preferred.

  • Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication, organization, proofreading, calendar management, and attention to detail.

  • Must have the ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, protect sensitive information, and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree is desired but not required. No specific certification is required.
