Role Description:

• Work in a fast-paced production support environment.
• Build, support, and troubleshoot AI/LLM-based applications in production.
• Develop and maintain Python-based AI solutions.
• Work with Prompt Engineering, Guardrails, RAG, and monitor model behavior drift.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with authentication, tokens, headers, and payload validation.
• Write and optimize BigQuery SQL queries.
• Work within Google Cloud Platform environments, including IAM, project navigation, and service logs.
• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, kubectl, and Linux CLI.
• Support streaming and messaging platforms using Kafka and Flink.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Helm Charts, ArgoCD (GitOps), and configuration management.
• Handle production incidents using ServiceNow.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Work with Salesforce (MP360) integrations where required.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and delivery.
