Role: DocuSign Application Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 4+Months
We are seeking an experienced DocuSign Application Specialist to support and administer DocuSign as an enterprise-level e-signature platform, including integrations, validation, and global business support.
This role will play a key part in Clients transition from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign and will ensure secure, compliant, and scalable eSignature solutions across regulated environments.
Must Have Skills
Skill 1- 7+ Years of Experience - supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with strong hands-on DocuSign experience
Skill 2- 7+ Years of Experience -DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting
Skill 3- 7+ Years of Experience-DocuSign Admin Console and account configuration
Skill 4- 7+ Years of Experience -integrating DocuSign using REST APIs, JSON, XML
Skill 5- 7+ Years of Experience-configuring SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth) for enterprise applications
Skill 6- 7+ Years of Experience- in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11) mandatory
Skill 7- 7+ Years of Experience- supporting enterprise applications across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis
Skill 8- 7+ Years of Experience-with incident, problem, and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Skill 9- 7+ Years of Experience-delivering DocuSign implementation or migration projects
Skill 10- 7+ Years of Experience-enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature (and CLM, if applicable) in an enterprise environment
Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, Power Forms, envelopes, and reporting
Develop and support DocuSign APIs and OOTB integrations with enterprise platforms such as:
CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
Document management systems
Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
Configure and support SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth) for DocuSign
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement solutions
Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to open, track, and resolve tickets
Support change management, releases, and platform upgrades
Ensure compliance with validated system requirements (21 CFR Part 11) including documentation, audit readiness, and electronic signature controls
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Support migration activities from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign
Proactively promote best practices and continuously improve platform stability and user adoption
Required Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with strong hands-on DocuSign experience
Deep expertise in:
DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting
DocuSign Admin Console and account configuration
Experience integrating DocuSign using:
REST APIs
JSON, XML (XSD/XSLT knowledge preferred)
Experience configuring SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth) for enterprise applications
Strong experience working in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11) mandatory
Experience supporting enterprise applications across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis
Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and resolve issues within defined SLAs
