Job Details-
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Delivery Leader with 22+ years of experience to lead large-scale, multi-program delivery engagements across multiple client stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in customer relationship management, strategic growth, P&L ownership, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will drive delivery governance, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and margin improvement while managing distributed global teams.

Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of IT industry experience.
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent programs and global teams.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth and margin expansion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as Energy, Waste Management, Manufacturing, BFSI, or Distribution.
- PMP / SAFe / ITIL certifications.
- MBA or equivalent leadership training.
