Contract Duration: 9 Months + extensions/conversion

We are seeking an experienced Change / Release Management Coordinator to support enterprise?level change and release governance. This role is responsible for coordinating complex release activities, managing change governance documentation, and ensuring adherence to established SDLC and compliance processes. Prior enterprise level release management experience is highly preferred due to the complexity of the release methodology and existing playbooks.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Release Management and Change Governance, preferably in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes, especially within regulated organizations.
  • Proven experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid background in Agile methodologies.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes and playbooks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups.

What You Will Be Doing
Release & Change Management
  • Coordinate and manage release activities, including code freezes, change requests, change reviews, approvals, and release scheduling.
  • Ensure releases follow established SDLC methodologies and documented playbooks.
  • Manage enterprise change events within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) platform (The Registry).
  • Collect, refine, maintain, and archive governance documentation related to release and change activities.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Take detailed meeting minutes during governance forums and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for questions related to release and change processes.
  • Collaborate with controls, risk, and compliance teams to support audit and governance requirements.

Business Execution & Issue Management
  • Consult on and participate in moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and deliverables.
  • Contribute to large?scale planning and execution of Business Execution deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring in?depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Support issue management reporting and contribute to the resolution of identified issues.
  • Partner with client and internal teams to drive effective execution while following policies and procedures.
