Your New Role
Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects in Louisville, KY
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and multiple trades to ensure project success
Coordinate schedules, site logistics, and workflow to maintain production timelines
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and accounting teams
Order materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain project efficiency
Monitor job costing and support accurate project financial tracking
Utilize construction project management software, including Procore, Fieldwire, or similar platforms
Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe, compliant job site
Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
Troubleshoot field issues and resolve problems quickly to prevent delays
Lead field employees while maintaining accountability, productivity, and job site performance

5+ years of construction experience with field leadership responsibility
Commercial construction experience required
Experience managing subcontractors, employees, and multiple trades
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and job site operations
Experience managing project schedules, timelines, and site coordination
Experience ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
Understanding of job costing and collaboration with accounting teams
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Fieldwire, or similar
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction safety standards, and OSHA compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver?s license required
Must hold a Master?s License issued by the Vanderburgh County Building Commission
