Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and proactive Agile Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong Agile expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Agile programs and strategic initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to define program goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning where applicable.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth execution.
- Track program progress using Agile metrics and dashboards, providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in maintaining healthy backlogs, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Drive change management efforts and encourage the adoption of Agile principles across the organization.
- Coordinate release planning and ensure successful implementation of program deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, transparent, and timely communication.
- Mentor teams and coach leaders on Agile methodologies, servant leadership, and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with at least 4+ years leading Agile programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean Agile practices.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and program governance.
