POSITION OVERVIEW

• The Prospecta MDO Maintenance Data Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting MDO solutions that govern and manage maintenance/asset master data.
• The mission is to ensure accurate, standardized data for SAP PM processes by building robust workflows and data models.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure MDO workflows, forms, data models, and rules for maintenance master data.
• Develop governance processes and data standards for Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and Task Lists.
• Build validation rules, quality checks, and duplicate detection logic.
• Support integrations between MDO and SAP PM (S/4 or ECC).
• Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and assist with deployment.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and data governance teams to align standards.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of asset hierarchy standards.
• Scripting familiarity (SQL, JS, JSON/XML).
• Understanding of data governance workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
