Position Overview:
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. The role involves leading solution design, developing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), building integrations, conducting technical discovery sessions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce implementations. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, support release management activities, mentor development teams, and leverage AI-driven capabilities to enhance business processes and service delivery.

Required Skills

5+ years of Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design experience.
5+ years of hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud and enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce release management, platform governance, and best practices.
Experience leading technical design sessions, discovery workshops, and development teams.
Experience in public-sector, regulated, or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred.
