Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Oakdale, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations. If you have a strong background in PC support and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals, including associated devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
Provide exceptional customer service while assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
Perform cable installations and ensure proper connectivity for devices.
Work with Apple and Dell technologies to deliver effective technical support.
Conduct regular system checks and updates to maintain optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of IT-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and issue resolutions.
Assist in setting up and configuring Windows 11 systems for end users.
Support the implementation and integration of new hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
Familiarity with Windows 11 and its configuration.
Experience working with Dell and Apple technologies.
Knowledge of cable installation and connectivity processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
