This role requires strong technical fluency, excellent cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated, always-on network environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at the intersection of network connectivity, APIs, file-based integrations, and large-scale transaction processing, and can translate complex platform capabilities into clear product direction and tangible client value.

  • Help drive product strategy and execution for Visa Cloud Connect, including cloud-based connectivity implementations and patterns across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Help drive roadmap and modernization efforts for Visa File Exchange Service (VFES), Visa File Gateway (VFG) and Open File Delivery (OFD)
  • Define product vision, success metrics, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with Visa's network strategy and client needs
  • Balance modernization, scale, resiliency, and backward compatibility in mission-critical network products
  • Be part of a team that is heavily invested in AI/ML and owns industry-leading authorization intelligence products, including Smarter Authorization (Smarter Auth) & Smarter Stand-In Processing (Smarter STIP)

Execution & Delivery:
  • Translate business and client requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Security teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions
  • Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, and tradeoff decisions across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, controls, documentation, and client enablement
  • Support sales, implementation, and client teams with product positioning, documentation, and subject-matter expertise
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance, client behavior, and network trends
  • Work hands-on with data using tools and technologies such as SQL for data analysis and insights & Hadoop / big data platforms for large-scale authorization and transaction analysis

Network & Platform Focus:
  • Ensure products meet Visa's high bar for availability, latency, security, and compliance
  • Support modernization initiatives including API-based access, cloud connectivity, and scalable file/data exchange
  • Understand and incorporate regulatory, localization, and regional requirements into product design
