As a Project Engineer at client, you’re not merely managing projects – you’re driving advancements integral to the design and development of client’s products. Leading crossfunctional teams, you’ll steer the execution of engineering projects, leveraging your technical prowess and strategic insight to deliver enhanced products. Your focus on continuous improvement in the development lifecycle will be pivotal as you own projects to optimize and enhance client’s offerings. 
What You’ll Do 
Seeking a skilled Technical Writer/Project Coordinator with a proven track record in documenting complex engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clear and concise language composition and a keen understanding of technical information and jargon. 
Skills:    
  • Bachelor''s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles, processes, and methodologies. 
  • Prior experience in technical documentation, particularly in writing design procedures, test procedures, design and drafting standards, and engineering and business process documents. 
  • Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts to collect inputs and requirements, synthesize, and develop documentation. 
  • Proficiency in translating and composing complex technical content and jargon into simplified documents. 
  • Extensive experience using styles in Microsoft Word, specifically with numeric and bulleted indexing. 
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Some experience with QuickBase. 
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (adding site content, editing views, checking permissions). 
  • Basic PC setup skills (to be able to set up meeting rooms for design reviews). 
  • Ability to work flexible hours when business needs dictate. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. 
  • Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last-minute changes with competing priorities. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint document archival and workflow management. 
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Experience editing documents in a collaborative environment (SharePoint, OneDrive) and co-authoring. Experience with PowerBI. 
Education:    
  • Bachelor''s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. 
Top 3 Skills:
  • Excellent communicating skills
  • Excellent Excel/Word/PPT (all Microsoft applications) skill
  • Strongly preferred, PowerBI background

Pay Transparency: "The expected pay range for this position is $40.00–$46.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, 401(k) without employer match. Paid Sick leave is provided based on state or local laws."
