POSITION OVERVIEW
The Application Managed Services team is seeking an Infor LN Application Engineer Lead to support discrete manufacturing systems within our Technology Services division. The mission of this team is to manage end-to-end cloud suite implementations, ensuring robust integrations and application optimization for foundational business processes. The lead will drive successful delivery across both cloud and on-premise ERP environments.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead end-to-end Infor LN Cloud Suite implementations, upgrades, and system support.
· Develop and maintain application logic utilizing LN Studio, DAL/DAL2, multiple types of Extensions, DLLs, and Baan 4GL.
· Configure and troubleshoot Infor OS, ION workflows, BOD/BDE developments, Webservices, and IDM LN Studio.
· Design and manage ION integration flows between Infor and non-Infor systems using multiple ION connectors.
· Perform performance tuning, system debugging, log analyses, and bshell trace investigations via CGP.
· Coordinate with functional stakeholders to manage Sales/Purchase orders, Warehousing Management, and Assembly Orders.

· ION integration between Infor and non-Infor products using multiple ION connectors (5+ years)

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical professional with 5+ years of direct development experience in Infor LN 107. They bring strong discrete manufacturing domain knowledge, clear communication skills, and the capability to lead team delivery while executing complex technical integrations.
Job Responsibilities
· Build, customize, and maintain application features on ERP LN 107 environments utilizing LN Studio, DAL/DAL2, and Baan 4GL.
· Design and execute end-to-end integrations between Infor and third-party systems using multiple ION connectors, workflows, and BOD/BDE options.
· Conduct advanced system debugging, read logs, trace bshell processes, and execute performance tuning.
· Collaborate closely with teams to map technical configurations against manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing requirements.
