Job Description- Provide technical support for D365 F&O in a global environment spanning over 20 sites.
- Assist in migration projects, specifically transitioning from AX 2012 to D365 F&O.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to enhance system performance.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging as needed.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users on D365 F&O functionalities.
- Work proactively to identify potential system improvements and recommend changes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 F&O and related technologies to provide expert guidance.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Technical Customer Service D365 should have:
- Proficiency in D365 F&O, with hands-on experience in system support and migrations.
- Strong technical understanding of AX 2012 and its integration with D365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong SQL skills including a good understanding of stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working in global environments with multiple sites.
- Experience with a LIMS, ideally LabWare is desirable.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
