Sales Executive Staffing & Solutions (Pure Hunter Role) not for a recruiter
Locations: NY Metro Area or Dallas, TX Employment Type: FullTime Experience: 3+ Years (Staffing + Solutions Sales)
We are seeking a true sales hunter someone who lives for new logos, thrives on breaking into enterprise accounts, and already has relationships with Clevel executives. This is NOT a recruiter role. This is a frontline, outbounddriven sales position for someone who knows how to sell staffing services, projectbased solutions, and managed services in competitive markets.
What You ll Do
Drive netnew business across the NY Metro or Dallas markets
Sell staffing services, consulting solutions, and projectbased offerings
Build and manage a highvelocity outbound pipeline
Engage, pitch, and present to Csuite and senior leadership
Lead discovery, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and longterm client value
What You Bring
3+ years of proven success selling staffing services and/or solutions
A hunter mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Existing relationships with Clevel or VPlevel decision makers
Strong understanding of the NY Metro or Dallas business landscape
Ability to open doors, create urgency, and close complex deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
- Base 125K + OTE IS 125k= 250k IS YEAR ONE
Competitive base + aggressive commission structure
Ability to sell across multiple service lines
Strong delivery engine behind you
High autonomy, high visibility, and real earning potential
