System Integration Developer (Airline Operations)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System Integration Developer with strong exposure to airline operations systems, especially Movement Manager (MM) or similar Operations Control / Movement Control platforms.

The selected candidate will focus on building integration solutions between the client s Movement Manager APIs and airline customer systems such as data lakes and analytics platforms. This role does not involve development on the Movement Manager product itself, but instead focuses on creating scalable, reusable integration components to support faster customer onboarding and ongoing integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in API-based system integration development

• Hands-on experience with Python (3.9 or higher)

• Strong experience with AWS Serverless services:

  • AWS Lambda

  • Amazon SQS, SNS

  • EventBridge Scheduler

  • Amazon S3

• Strong data integration experience with:

  • SQL Server

  • Amazon DynamoDB

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

  • Terraform (Required)

  • Terragrunt (Preferred)

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs (JSON)

• Good understanding of:

  • Error handling and retry mechanisms

  • Logging and monitoring

  • Integration stability and resilience

• Experience integrating operational systems with data lakes or analytics platforms

Airline Domain Experience (Must Have)

• Strong understanding of Movement Manager or similar airline operations systems

• Experience with airline operational systems such as:

  • Movement Control

  • Operations Control Center (OCC)

  • Flight operations and aircraft movement data

• Ability to understand airline operational data flows and downstream integrations
