The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates has been retained by an industry-leading materials innovator to identify a talented Process Engineer. This hands-on, laboratory-centered position is integral to expanding the experimental and analytical capabilities supporting an advanced, high-growth product line. Situated in a magnificent region just two hours from Yellowstone National Park and Big Sky Resort, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful technical advancements at the core of product evolution.
What You’ll Do
Execute structured, hands-on laboratory experiments to strengthen the foundational technical intelligence for emerging product platforms.
Champion laboratory safety and rigorous experimental protocols while ensuring detailed, traceable data collection.
Synthesize complex experimental findings using sophisticated data reduction and visualization techniques to inform product strategy.
Diagnose and Troubleshoot technical challenges across both laboratory and pilot-plant environments to accelerate operational progress.
Apply core chemical principles to analyze, optimize, and scale physical process outcomes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree (or Master’s Degree) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
3–7 Years of hands-on industrial background within relevant technical environments.
Laboratory Safety Protocols and disciplined experimental execution background.
Analytical Techniques proficiency including HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, and Imaging.
Data Analysis and visualization experience using tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, or similar platforms.
Chemistry Application expertise combined with practical experience in laboratory and pilot-plant settings.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually.
Bonus Eligibility: Included (Annual Bonus).
Relocation: Relocation Assistance provided.
