Job Description:

  • Architect and implement enterprise ServiceNow platform solutions.
  • Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
  • Design and support integrations with enterprise applications using APIs.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams.
  • Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.
  • ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification.
