Responsibilities
Apply the ADDIE instructional design model
Analyse source content and design learning solutions
Create e-learning courses from source content and storyboards
Create virtual instructor-led courses from source and procedure documents
Create job aids using provided templates
Follow established guidelines, procedures, and standards; adhere to timelines
Report status and escalate issues; collaborate with team using standard collaboration tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of instructional design or related training/learning experience
Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Well Said, and Camtasia
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field
Experience working in a consumer-centric company
Experience in a health care and/or insurance setting
Prior Epic experience with the Tapestry application (Health Plans) is a plus, though not required Tapestry supports health plans and differs from the Epic modules used by providers, so most candidates with other Epic exposure will not have direct Tapestry experience
