Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative platform tools

Configure Salesforce platform components including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, queues, assignment rules, and Lightning pages

Extend and support capabilities within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Develop scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce development best practices

Platform Configuration

Configure and support Salesforce features including Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, case management workflows, and automation frameworks

Implement and support Salesforce managed packages such as AgentSync

Experience Cloud Development

Support development and configuration within Salesforce Experience Cloud, including portal customization, user access configuration, and Lightning-based components

Integration Development

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using Mule, REST and SOAP APIs, and established Salesforce integration patterns

Ensure reliable data synchronization and error handling across integrated systems

DevOps and Deployment

Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Flosum and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Ensure proper version control, environment management, and coordinated releases across development, testing, and production environments

Agile Delivery

Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and sprint reviews

Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and security best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues during development, testing, and deployment phases

Document solutions and technical components to support long-term platform maintainability

Qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including both declarative configuration and custom development

Strong experience developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Experience implementing solutions within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Experience configuring Salesforce platform capabilities including:

Flows and automation

Service Console

Omni-Channel

Case management workflows

Experience working within Agile delivery teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud portals

Experience working with AgentSync managed package

Experience with Flosum for Salesforce DevOps and release management

Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release coordination

Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud

Experience with enterprise integration architectures

Experience supporting Financial Services or Insurance industry solutions

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent.
