About the RoleIn this role, you will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering. You will analyze multifaceted engineering challenges, evaluate diverse technical and operational factors, and contribute to long-term planning efforts that support critical business outcomes.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to assess issues, recommend solutions, and ensure engineering deliverables meet organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a deep understanding of specialty engineering domains.
Responsibilities- Consult on highly complex, large-scale Specialty Software Engineering initiatives with strategic business impact.
- Review, assess, and interpret multi-dimensional technical challenges involving unprecedented or intangible factors.
- Develop recommendations that align with engineering best practices, organizational policies, and compliance expectations.
- Support resolution of complex issues by applying deep functional knowledge and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to drive clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of engineering solutions.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of:
- Professional work or consulting
- Technical training
- Military experience
- Formal education
