We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect with 8+ years of ServiceNow experience to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, cloud and infrastructure management, discovery, service mapping, event management, and CMDB governance. This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to design scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Cloud Management
Operational Intelligence
CMDB
Establish and maintain CMDB governance, data quality standards, and configuration management best practices.
Develop architecture roadmaps and technical strategies for ServiceNow platform expansion.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and application teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party monitoring, cloud, and enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and performance optimization activities.
Support platform upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.
Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, providing strategic recommendations and technical guidance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Extensive experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions in enterprise environments.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Certification:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (CIS-ITOM)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred)
Experience with AIOps, Observability, and enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
Experience working in large-scale, multi-cloud environments.
