Position: SAP Techno Functional Lead – SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP) Assessment, Transition & AMS Advisory

Role Summary

Senior SAP leader combining implementation assessment, AMS advisory, techno-functional leadership, manufacturing domain expertise, Hypercare leadership, critical L3 support ownership, resource planning, AMS solutioning and Phase-2 roadmap advisory under the RISE with SAP model.

Mandatory Experience

·        12+ years SAP consulting experience

·        3+ years on SAP S/4HANA programs under the RISE with SAP model

·        SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition experience

·        Manufacturing industry experience

·        5+ years SAP AMS experience

·        Critical L3 production support and major incident management experience

·        Hypercare, stabilization and AMS transition leadership

Customer Assessment & Discovery Responsibilities

·        Lead implementation, Fit and gap discovery workshops

·        Assess SAP landscape, business processes, integrations, WRICEF objects and supportability

·        Review implementation artifacts, solution designs and documentation

·        Identify implementation gaps, risks, workarounds and operational dependencies

·        Assess go-live readiness and operational readiness

AMS Solutioning & Resource Planning Responsibilities

·        Define AMS operating model and governance structure

·        Identify required Functional, Technical, Integration, BASIS, Security and Analytics resources

·        Support effort estimation and AMS proposal solutioning

Incident management Responsibilities

·        Own critical L3 incidents and major business-impacting escalations

·        Lead Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions

·        Assess supportability of integrations, custom developments and critical processes

·        Review recurring defects and technical debt

·        Coordinate with SAP, AMS teams and implementation partners
