Job Description: Seeking a Senior .NET professional to lead full-stack modernization and accessibility remediation efforts. The role focuses on ADA/WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance for enterprise .NET apps, accessible PDF generation, and AI-assisted engineering using enterprise AI tools. You'll audit legacy code, implement fixes, and drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices in a fast-paced environment.
5 Key Responsibilities (highlights):
- Lead full-stack development and modernization of .NET/ASP.NET Core apps with Telerik UI and modern front-end tech
- Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, ADA Section 508) and implement remediation
- Convert legacy PDF reports to accessible, tagged PDFs integrated into .NET workflows
- Leverage AI tooling (GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot, Anthropic Claude) for auditing, refactoring, and test generation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines) and establish robust release engineering practices
Top Technical Skills (essential):
- .NET Core / .NET, ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API), C#
- Native JavaScript (ES6+), modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid/Variables/SCSS), semantic HTML5
- WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA, ADA 508 compliance
- Accessible PDF generation with proper tagging, reading order, and structure
- AI-assisted engineering with GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot and Claude tools
- CI/CD automation and Git workflows (GitHub Actions / Azure Pipelines)
