Overview
We are seeking a highly collaborative and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Membership team—a newly launched loyalty experience that brings together the full suite of benefits and perks available to customers. This role plays a key part in driving customer retention and enhancing the overall membership experience by partnering closely across communications, product, design, technology, and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers.
Coordinate and manage calendars for all go to market initiatives.
Serve as the central point of communication across cross-functional partners including comms, tech, design, product owners, and brand teams.
Track and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of all marketing deliverables.
Identify and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving efficiently.
Share updates and status reports with relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

A highly collaborative working style and strong critical thinking skills.
A proactive approach to problem solving and communication.
At least 2 years of experience in a larger corporate environment (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
A positive, team oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
