Detailed Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Solution Architect with strong expertise in Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, technical design validation, proof of concepts (PoCs), major incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).
The candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 modules, particularly BOM, WIP, OM, INV, WMS, and PO, along with strong technical expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, APEX, and REST APIs.
Responsibilities
· Conduct PoCs for new ideas, solutions, and technology adoption.
· Review and validate technical designs developed by the development team.
· Lead immediate resolution efforts for major incidents to ensure business continuity.
· Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
· Provide solution architecture and technical leadership across Oracle EBS modules.
· Guide development teams on technical design, best practices, and solution implementation.
· Identify opportunities for application modernization and process improvements.
