Job Summary
KeyBank is seeking a Senior Workfront System Administrator to administer, maintain, and optimize the Adobe Workfront platform for its Marketing Operations team. The role focuses on workflow automation, process improvement, platform integrations, and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve the efficiency and quality of marketing operations delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Workfront at the system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms.
Onboard and train users, develop user guides and walkthroughs, and troubleshoot platform issues.
Configure request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated workflows to streamline marketing project intake and delivery.
Design and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios for workflow automation and API integrations.
Develop and maintain Workfront reports and dashboards.
Partner with project coordination teams to identify bottlenecks, monitor timelines, and improve delivery efficiency.
Identify repetitive manual processes and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Explain technical automation and AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Must-Have Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a related field.
Experience with traditional and digital creative development processes.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Proven relationship-building skills across internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities, deliver work on time, and escalate issues when necessary.
Understanding of brand and compliance standards in creative content development.
Preferred Requirements
Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification.
Hands-on experience with Workfront system administration, workflow automation, Workfront Fusion, API integrations, and reporting.
